By booking with Globalreservation.com, you agree to abide by the refund and cancellation policies of both our platform and the airline you have selected. Refund eligibility and the amount refunded are subject to the airline’s fare rules, ticket type, and applicable laws.

2. Types of Airline Tickets

a. Refundable Tickets

Refundable tickets are eligible for a full or partial refund, depending on the airline’s policies. Service fees charged by Globalreservation.com may not be refundable.

  • Cancellation must be requested before the scheduled departure.
  • A processing fee may apply.
  • Refund will be issued to the original payment method.
b. Non-Refundable Tickets

Non-refundable tickets are not eligible for a refund unless:

  • The airline cancels or significantly changes the flight schedule.
  • The passenger experiences a qualifying event (see Section 7: Exceptions).

In such cases, customers may be eligible for a credit or voucher for future travel, subject to the airline’s discretion.

3. Cancellations and Refund Requests

To initiate a refund request:

Please note:

  • Requests must be made at least 24–48 hours prior to the scheduled departure.
  • No-shows are not eligible for refunds.
  • Refunds are only processed upon airline approval for eligible tickets.

4. Service Fees and Processing Charges

Globalreservation.com may charge a non-refundable service fee at the time of booking. This fee is not refundable even if the ticket is eligible for a refund from the airline.

Additional administrative fees may apply for:

  • Processing cancellation/refund requests
  • Handling special cases requiring airline intervention

5. Refund Processing Time

  • 7 to 10 business days for credit card payments
  • 15 to 30 business days if airline approval is required or for more complex cases

We will notify you via email once the refund has been initiated.

6. Partial Refunds & Flight Changes

  • If a ticket includes multiple segments and only a portion is canceled, partial refunds may be available.
  • Airlines may allow you to change flight dates instead of cancellation. Fare differences and change fees will apply.
  • Globalreservation.com can assist in rebooking based on airline availability.

7. Exceptions – Special Circumstances

Refunds or travel credits may be granted in certain cases such as:

  • Medical Emergencies: Documentation such as hospital discharge papers or doctor’s note is required.
  • Bereavement: Death certificate or funeral announcement required.
  • Flight Cancellations/Delays by Airline: Refund or alternate arrangements provided as per airline’s policy.

All exception requests must be submitted with valid documentation. Approval is subject to airline discretion.

8. No-Show Policy

Failure to cancel a booking before departure time results in a “No-Show” status, which usually disqualifies the ticket from any refund or credit.

9. Group Bookings and Bulk Tickets

Group bookings may be subject to different terms and cancellation fees. Please refer to the specific contract terms or contact our customer service.

10. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance, which may provide protection for cancellations, delays, lost baggage, or medical emergencies.
